We will discuss how excessive sitting effects neck and back pain, jaw pain, headaches, and wrist pain. The event will include a short talk on desk ergonomics, posture, and a Pilates-based exercise session focused on making your neck and back healthy and pain-free. The presentation will also include postural exercises and demonstrations of manual therapies that can help manage or prevent pain.
